when it comes to Peruvian chicken I am pretty picky and lets just say whenever i am craving pollo a la brasa, Pollo Central is my spot.The sides are amazing and they give you a good portion of them.They do carry other items on the menu, lomo salado (it was good but too little), arroz chaufa (my husband enjoys that ), among other Peruvian dishes.OH AND THERE GREEN SAUCE IS THE BOMB!!
