We love this Pollo Regio and have eaten here about every other week since it opened. My daughter specifically asks for the "chicken place" when I ask her what she wants for dinner! I noticed the past few months an improvement in the customer service. It surprised me a bit because the staff seem younger than I remember. But the young men I've seen recently have been friendly and patient with me when I messed up my own order! The line in the drive thru always moves quickly when I arrive during the dinner rush! I wish they would expand their menu... but in the meantime this will still be our favorite chicken place!
