Terrible service do not come to this location!! Ordered chicken and they don't have any same goes for the rice and beans ! Avoid this location.If i was the owner i would change the manager ! Owner listen to me... you need to change your managers!Well this is another visit at this pollo regio came in at 9 45 everything is on and I've been here for the past 15 min waiting for someone to help me sadly no one is on the window to help me out.Well another update While I was making this review a lady came to the window and said that they were closed and I stated I've been waiting here for 15 min and the lady decided to argue and say " no you've have not been here and I said I have been here mamAnd then I told her I called your pollo regio earlier and then she stated that she is short on staff and that she's been working hard.At the end she was really nice and stopped the arguing and attended me.
