Although Mario had to briefly excuse himself to help another cashier with something and take a drive thru order (which I was completely fine and understanding of) during a lunch rush, he still provided my mom and I with exceptional service. He definitely left a good impression on us and he's definitely overqualified for his position

When I lived in Dallas, I used to frequent a location of this Texas chain that was close to my house. When I saw that they have locations in Houston, I went out of my way to take my family here. My wife and I love authentic Mexican food and Pollo Regio did not disappoint. The salsas are actually hot, unlike TexMex places that cater to white people who can't handle spicy food, and I thought the taco plate was an excellent value for the price.
