I really don't know why I keep going back to this chain. Probably because the food IS good...When the order is correct. Starting with the good - anything ordered from Pollo Tropical will always taste good and be flavorful. Since they began offering beyond meat as an option, I wanted to go more often because they season it very well. The problem is %50 of the time the order is wrong when and will only find out when I get drive through and go home; the last few times the beyond meat is missing from the dish, and there are only veggie (which I don't mind, but not what's expected). I've dined at many locations in the Orlando and surrounding area, and they are consistently inconsistent (is that a good thing?). The only way to avoid this is to order food and eat inside, so that when the order is wrong you can request the correct item at the registers.
