They are very irresponsible at the location and have no customers service skills. Lack of food relevant to the menu. Recommend to locate another PolloTropical location

Bad Customer service man!!! I ordered a large chop and it looks so rushed and the works there had a bad attitude for so weird reason lol it made me feel so what uncomfortable but you know they just there to get paid no really there for actuality customers who pay with their hard earned money smh!!! Pollo tropical gotta step up their work atmosphere
