This place is horrible. Constantly out of items, staff are obviously underpaid and uninterested. Always a let down.

Any Pollo Tropical is notorious for being packed during lunch hours. But today really got me upset Bc I placed my online order at 11:15 saying I was going to be picking it up by 12:15, I got there at 12:20..It was 12:40 and I was still waiting for a simple 1/4 chicken rice and beans and a tropichop w rice beans and pork.People were pouring in getting their orders way before I got mine.Needless to say I wasted my entire 30mins waiting for food I placed waaaaay in advanced to have ready.Anyways doesn’t mean I won’t be eating here...
