Food is good and prices are low but the customer service here is often lacking. The lines at the drive thru get pretty long as well.

This place is absolutely terrible! They have gotten my order wrong all three times that I’ve been there. Today I found several hairs in my food and I can’t even get in touch with anyone because they don’t pick up the phone. Horrible horrible location and employees for Pollo Tropical.
