Lack of customer service, I noticed this yesterday and today, went by to purchase a four piece chicken order or half chicken as the employee corrected me. She told me that my chiken will be ready in 25 minutes I was in shock really a waiting time of 25 minutes, when all they sell is Roasted Chicken?!. The establishment closes at 10pm. As for today I went and purchased the half chicken order and handed the money to the employee in her hand, and she put my change and receipt on the counter, whileI had my hand out, waiting fo my change. As an assistant manager of 8 years that gesture or action is a lack of disrespect. I would rather take my business to another Pollo Regio location. The chicken size is way to small for the price given and the rice is not fresh it was hard as a rock.
