I placed an order over the phone went to pick it up and was told that it wasn't ready and it was never made I was on my lunch hour and called the order in for a reason and they didn't ever offer me anything other than well you can do it again that's unacceptable

I ordered a steak last night. It was fatty and gristle. I will not buy one again. It cost 22$ worth 5. My wife got tamales looked like a frozen dinner out of a microwave. Not worth the money. Employees were great. Cheap food for a hi price.

Polos is hands down the absolute best Mexican restaurant in Oklahoma. Their food is homemade and delicious made by family for your family. The employees are very kind and will give you excellent service. Since Polos is a family restaurant, most employees are Mexican and do have accents that may not be understandable. But, it just makes the food and service taste and feel more authentic. I've been eating at Polo's my entire life and their queso and salsa is delicious. The tortillas, in my opinion, are the best part! They are homemade and sooo good. If you're thinking about dessert, the sopapillas are amazingly tasty. If you're thinking about eating somewhere in Ada, you should most definitely consider taking a visit to Polo's Authentic Mexican Restaurant.
