$10-20 parking, $15 per person to get in. For that you get to wander a lot of vendors, some selling some interesting things others trying to entire you into buying windows, bathroom remodels, time shares, etc. Listen to cover bands at one stage and a couple of good bands at the other. As for the food, 90% of it is festival fare. Run and cooked by touring festival food vendors. Only a couple of locals. The selection of food is not impressive and the prices are not cheap - $22 for a small lobster roll, $15 for a crab cake (I'll pay that for an excellent crab cake happily, but this is nothing special). Given the location and name, I really expect more. We won't be going back.

We went here Saturday It was awesome except for one thing! I had a shrimp, crab, mahi with yellow rice dish that was horrible all rice and onions no seafood. By pier here's a picture of their sign
