Came in from out of town to see a friend's band at Ponderosa. It was an experience! Decent selection of beers and a pretty nice menu. Ponderosa, to an outsider, may come off a little country. It's a barrage of ripped plasticky leather, dark wood paneling and acid wash jeans. Smokers voices ring through the air like a hymn at Midnight Mass. The glittery pumpkins thrown together with lit up Christmas boughs, vintage Budweiser decor and green plaid valances make you feel like you're at your grandma's house...if grand...
