This area has limited quick amd decent fast food options so when this location opened up, we had hope. Talk about rude, entitled, downright nasty customer service including that from the Manager. We have tried to give this place 6 times of effort and each time they are worse and worse. Wrong orders, long lines, and when you roll up to the drove thru be prepared for no one to answer and when you say "hello" (because you know the customer has to make the effort to greet) you get a annoyed "yes??" Really?!? The Manager is a middle aged man who is just as bad. When I went in the lobby one time there was a entire soda spilled on the floor near the registers, no warning signs and I saved a couple people by telling them to be careful. After waiting 25 mins in line (only 3 people in front of me)I then ordered and and asked the cashier to repeat he not only got my order wrong but already charged me for it and didnt know how to refund and had to have the manager correct. Love Popeyes but this location will find a way to get your order wrong every time. (has happened multiple times) missing items or wrong just to be disappointed when you get home.

These people are soooo stingy! I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and 8 piece nuggets and they would only give me two sauces. Why are they so stingy about sauces and charging additional $ for extra sauce??? How is one suppose to eat all this chicken with two sauces? Unbelievable. Stay away!!!!!!!
