Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Albany

This place is the absolute worse. Today is my last day going. Every time I attempt to go. I’ve been met with some kind of obstacle. Today just like last week I went through the drive -thru and was told ALL the fryers are down. Like seriously! How is that even possible? So, I pulled around to the pick up window and asked one of the employees what’s the number to corporate. She stated that she didn’t know. So I asked to speak to a manager. The same employee came back and said that the manager said she doesn’t know the number either. As I sat at the window, the manager finally came to the window. When asked what was her name she stated ( Ty Taylor) I asked her what was the number to corporate and she responded, she “I-don’t know.” I then asked was there no phone list that have all the important numbers? She said no. I asked her how does she get in contact with a district manager or corporate she said she Google’s it. She also stated the store is old and falling apart and that stuff is ALWAYS breaking down. That was all I needed to hear. How are they even still in business is beyond me!

Do these people understand that FRIED CHICKEN is on their marquee? Been twice, "we ain't got no fried Chicken." Which would be understandable if it was Benihanas, but it is POPEYES FRIED CHICKEN! How about something like, I dunno....HAVE FRIED CHICKEN FOR SALE!

I've eaten at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen for the last three days, I got the combo#4 I got 3 spicy wings, . mashed potatoes with gravy, a buttermilk biscuit and a drink Popeyes put the D. In delicious!!! Popeyes Chicken were soooo delicious I had to go back two more times. To me Popeyes Chicken top church's, fried chicken and Kentucky fried chicken. They need to put a Popeyes Louisiana kitchen on the east side in the Albany area. My biggest complaint about the workers at Popeyes, it takes to long for them to serve you a meal!!! Car's in the drive thru be backed up, all the way on South Slappey Blvd. Come to Popeyes Louisiana...
