Used the drive-thru on Tuesday afternoon, 11-9-21. Had to wait a short time until someone spoke. I ordered the 8-piece nugget combo and he asked me if I wanted to donate a dollar for charity and I said no as I do animal rescue and donate to those organizations. I asked several times what the total was so I could have my money ready when I got to the pick up window but he could not understand what I was asking so told him just to forget it. He called me sweetie several times which should have made me leave at that point. When I arrived at the window and again asked for my total, he finally gave it to me. I paid it and waited for my order. Upon getting my receipt I noticed that I was charged $1 for charity. I don't mind the money going to charity but doing it when I said no was wrong. Additionally he continued to call me sweetie which I consider very degrading. Based on this experience, I will not go back to this location. The food was fine but he, as the manager, behaved unacceptably in my mind and I do not frequent businesses that do not respect their customers. Warning to others to check receipts before leaving.
