huge line, tons of cooked chicken sitting on the shelf, no employees were actually waiting on the customers ! We left after 10mins without the line ever moving

Probably the worst experience I've had in a while. I saw it was busy in the dining room I went through the drive through. The girls at the window was rude, I ordered a big box and didn't get all of the items nor a receipt. I asked for sauce for my tenders I got 1 and 2 for a box of popcorn shrimp. The food was cold and the shrimp was unedible. The best part of the meal was the frozen strawberry lemonade but I realized it didn't come with the box. Might not be back for a while.

The drive thru was super busy and not clearly marked from the opposite side of the store, but they moved at a solid pace. The food was hot and my teens were not fans of the new Mac and cheese.
