After previously screwing up 4 out of 5 orders, I swore I wouldn't go back to this Popeye's, where staff once argued that a drumstick and thigh are considered white meat. Well, I thought I'd give them another chance today. Ordered 2x 2-piece combo meals and 1x 3-piece combo meal. All showed correctly on the drive-thru board. Got home and had 3x 2-piece meals!! Not only can "the help" not count to 3, apparently, but they also neglected to include straws for the three drinks. How does this place manage to stay in business?!! I'm done with them.

The food is good but service could be improved. We have been to this location quite a few times and have never had a great experience. The last time the didn’t want to cook more chicken and told us they were out. Finally the manager told them to drop some more. I really don’t understand why they would want to turn paying customers away. We will be visiting the Boaz location from here on out.
