It look 55 minutes to get our food and it's expesive. They charged me for the wrong food and did not give me a refund. Told me to pick more food.

Amidst the Covid-19... I've been delivering to customers via DoorDash to support our governors #Stayathome order and keep people safe and healthy during this very trying time in our Society. This evening I had two orders from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I waited patiently in line at the drive thru as did lots of other customers. I successfully received my first order and delivered it safely to my customer. Upon delivery I was informed certain items were missing. I quickly returned to the store to pick up my next order and inquire about the missing items. The woman at the window was more than gracious with apologies and got me the manager to resolve the issue. The manager was very sympathetic and helped fix the error for both me and my customer. In times like these it shows strength and sincerity to work around changes we're all facing. I am happy to be a customer to this establishment and would recommend them in the future.
