This Popeye’s makes good, fresh crispy chicken. Only 3 stars because I ordered the 9-piece special and got only 8. I don’t eat here often, but every time they short me. Not cool

I ordered delivery the app. The app does not offer the opportunity to request any sauce. I called this location literally over 8 times in a row and the phone never get answered!! Terrible experience because I really wanted my sauces These people always ask you to rate them well at this location but I can not until they learn how to answer the phone. This is a business, is it not???
