No masks or glove wearing by the employees, waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru menu and they forgot about a whole line of cars waiting (how do you do that?!) and then only to be told to drive to the window for them to take the order. Wow.

Got there at 9:30 so a full 30 mins before close. The speaker was broken and had a sign to drive to the widow, so we did. The worker was cleaning but clearly saw us and started moving closer to the window, so we waiting a few mins thinking once she was done she would take or order or was going to tell us something ect. THEN came all the way to the window clearly avoiding looking our way, and just kept wiping the counter and never looked our way or opened the window or acknowledged our presence even a bit. We finally decided to leave but honked first just to see if she would look over and she didn't !

As others have mentioned, there are several issues with this place - super long lines being the biggest one to me. It could easily take 20+ minutes to get your food, but the food is so good I will still give it 5 stars. I like to use the app for their "offers," lots of great deals on there.
