Speaker is still broken so you have to wait forever to place your order at the window. We ordered the 16 piece family meal, 3 sides and 8 biscuits. Then they don't give you a receipt because the machines broken and they didn't have large containers for the red beans and rice so she gives us 2 small. My husband asked for 1 more small and they gave it to us. I didn't notice we were missing our 8 biscuits until we get home. I looked them up on here to look for a number to call but I couldn't find it. I need a refund for my missing biscuits.
