Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is this how y'all serve to go orders? My food was cold by the time I got home. It wasn't even put in a plastic bag, but it was put in a small paper bag that the side items are normally placed and it was scrunched up @the ends by the person in the window. Not to mention the person taking my order was rude, and he didn't even tell me my total when he took my payment. To make matters worse when he handed me my receipt I noticed it said mild instead of spicy like I ordered so I brought it to his attention. He asked one the female employees to remake it w/ spicy chicken bc he put down the wrong thing and she sucked her teeth and caught an attitude. Lastly, I didn't even get a 3pc spicy, as you can see the wing is mild. This happened @ store #682 here in Katy, Tx. The Area Manager made it right, but it shouldn't have happened to begin w/ and left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll take the drive to Kingsland the next time I want Popeye's.
