I always order the popcorn shrimp. I definitely was shorted some shrimp. Also my hubby's order wasn't right

Very rude customer service. I went today and the lady who take orders for drive Thru was extremely rude. Got my order wrong three times and when I drove up to the window to repeat my order again so she can get it right, she told me that I was holding up the whole line. Seriously? She was the one that’s getting my order wrong for three times. Is this the way Popeyes train and teach their employees? Ridiculous. Then, of course, when I got home, I found out that she got my order wrong AGAIN
