Went threw the drive thru and passed up the order speaker…waited in line for 20 minutes and finally came to the drive thru window…Told the person that I passed up the order box, I would like to place an order…the person told me sorry she can’t take my order and closes the window on me…they just lost a customer at that location!

This Popeyes is a hot mess. Their customer service sucks majorly. It's Tuesday, so of course the line is out to the street. But you go through all of that to make it to the menu just so that the lady can have an attitude like you've done something to her. Lady! I just got here. I'm not the person you're upset with. I should have gone to Chick fil A. It's always their pleasure to serve. I pray that this lady finds peace so that she can be kind to those she meets!
