Been getting the chicken sandwich and everything I order it, it's always made to order and fresh and it's just absolutely delicious.

Out of everything. No tenders, no legs, no gravy, some old French fries and a sad little mix of 4 pieces of chicken. It was 9 pm on a Saturday night and they claimed it was because they were closing and not making any more chicken for the night. To me, customer service means you fry up some more chicken and get to mashing if someone wants a 12 piece with some mashed potatoes at 9 pm on a Saturday night. You don’t just rudely state “we’re out” of everything they ask for. You at least make an attempt to make customers happy or at least apologize instead of acting like it’s the customer’s fault for bothering you at your place of business. If, for no other reason, to avoid a bad review like this one. Well it certainly won’t happen again! I’ll be avoiding this Popeyes at whatever cost in the future.
