Just went for lunch and my chicken sandwich was hella undercooked. Had that rubbery chewy chicken vibe to it. Not a good thing to bite into.

I have never gotten my order right at this location. Never is a strong word, but I do like the spicy chicken here and will come back but it is wrong every time. Is it so hard to know the difference between white and dark meat at a chicken place? Even worse is the dine in option is not available so the doors are locked, so you have to either go through the drive thru again or awkwarding walk to the check out window in the drive through to report the wrong order. They need to train the managers and the employees there because both have made mistakes. So much time is wasted having to get it fixed. If it was 1 or 2 pieces wrong I can overlook it, but it is always half or more of the chicken order is incorrect. I'm coming back less and less often because I will guarantee that my order will be incorrect every time. That's sad to say that I can guarantee a mistake every time.#thisishowichow
