It started out well. I actually ate there quite a few times when it first opened. But the past two years it has become one of the most disappointing fast food experiences in Ponca City. Long waits, always out of product, and their customer service has taken a nose dive. I would like to blame this on the pandemic, but no other establishment in Ponca has gotten this bad. This is nothing more than bad management and lack of accountability. I unfortunately cannot recommend Popeyes in Ponca City.
