The ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant in Placentia. Not only did they get my order completely WRONG, they refused to compensate. Mind you my drive here may be that of 5 miles - but that really means 15-20 minutes road time. The place is dirty, the staff is rude, and the management has ZERO customer service skills. I will stick with KFC or drive 30...

The sweet Popeye's lady on TV convinced me to get Popeye's tackle box. I knew it wouldn't be good when I saw my lunch box. It didn't look like the commercial or even the poster outside the store. My chicken was ok and my butterfly shrimp was bland. The biscuit was good. The cashier was great. Was he the only one working? He also wiped our table when he saw our dirty table. 3 stars!! Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is almost yummylicious!!
