After placing a mobile order and waiting inside the restaurant for 24 minutes my name was hollered across the back end and my order was removed without me being told. When I spoke up I was told “oh we ain’t got no chicken sandwiches” so I obviously asked for my refund to which I was told I could not be refunded that I’d have to take it up with wherever I placed my order. So 25 mins and $36+ later I’m sitting with 2 kids and no food and no refund. Meanwhile during my wait I hear them talking about people in the drive through about how they should be friendlier when placing orders cause they “making your food and could do whatever they wanted” I really tried to be understanding as I know places are short staffed right now but how about “I’m sorry we are out of that item but could I offer you a chicken meal as a replacement. Then when I called customer service about my refund I’m told they will look into it. I’ll never ever eat at Popeyes again and hope I get the opportunity to warn everyone there. Including the people I warned sitting in the drive through as I walked out.

I tried the new chicken nuggets today. Very delicious! My new favorite chicken nuggets. I also really love the chicken san. My husband loves the spicy chicken. He likes the 2 can dine for 8.99 deal on the app. I went through the drive thru today and the woman was very sweet. I love my husband and I can eat there for so cheap.
