Poor service...love food...but can't get orders correct....used to ge good....not going to get patient if this continues

Terrible service. We waited about 10 minutes -everyone ignored us waiting at the counter. Finally, we flagged down a high school age boy who worked there and asked if we could get some service. His answer, an uninterested " I guess so". We used to go there on a regular basis. Not anymore!

Went to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Super Bowl Sunday, to pick up some Chicken. I usually order the Chicken sandwiches which are always good. Decided this time to order fried Chicken 9 piece dinner deal which included, two large sides and biscuits. Returned home to eat with friend's and really disappointed... Chicken was old and cold not good... And overpriced at that. Think I will try Raising Caine's next time Chicken is tender & good not old & cold.
