My husband has been wanting to try this place for a while now, especially since all his friends on Twitter are constantly raving about it. We finally went and got take-out there last night and we were seriously blown away! We got the number 1 pork pineapple sausage with pulled pork on top. It was heavenly! I'm picky about my pulled pork and it was some of the best I've had and the sauce was so good! The bun was a toasted cheese bun that was to die for! It came with either rice or macaroni salad on the side. Such a great value for only $8.

In honor of National Fry day, we decided to find some poutine - so glad we went out to Riverton to find Porky's! It was so yummy, and portions were enormous. Go. It's worth the drive.

Best. Food truck. EVER. Seriously...Porky's needs a fleet of these trucks all up and down the valley. I had no idea what poutine even was before my first visit (I think it's Latin for "delicious" or "holy crap, you've gotta try this!" or something) but I can tell you I am hooked on this stuff. I usually get the Porky with extra BBQ sauce and oh man is it worth every penny. The people working that truck are good folks too (very friendly) which makes the entire experience that much better. I only wish they were here in Taylorsville more often... If Porky's Poutine is ever in your area, do yourself a favor and go get some grub.
