I have been a customer for this Potbelly sandwich shop for a few years. The food is OK. A few months ago, we placed a delivery order for 25 people. We waited, and waited, it never came. The order was stolen by Door Dash. Then the nightmare starts: 1. We have to pay again to place another order while they are blaming Door Dash. We have to send someone to pick up from the restaurant. 2. The manager was so rude, never apologized for the poor customer experience, instead, she said, "this is Potblley's, not Whole Foods." Meaning, they are not going to care about customer satisfaction. 3. The refund process was so difficult... It takes a team of three of us to finally get our refund for the stolen order about 2 weeks later! If anything goes wrong with your delivery order at Potbelly, you just wait and see how challenging it can be.
