Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Houston

the young black lady took my order around 4:30 2/03 her she had a hat on but her hair was not tied all the way to the back it looked like her hair could just fall into the sand which I also asked her if I can get a fresh knife because I saw white sauce on it and she said it was just lettuce she wiped it off told me it's nothing on it now that's nasty if im saying hey I see white sauce on it and all you do is just take a piece of paper and wipe it off and tell me it's clean now that seems weird I had to ask her again to clean it and she finally rinsed it off she told me the only thing the knife touches is lettuce and then she cut my Sandwhich so does it only cut lettuce or do you use it to cut sanwhiches that may have mayo or mustard or other things on it the fact that her hair was not tied fully and she literally just used a piece of paper to wipe off the sauce off the knife and told me it's clean now seems unsanitary and I had a unpleasant trip first time coming to this location and with all do respect will be my last time going

This is my first time trying out the place. The staff was amazing! And the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken club on most green bread and my husband had the pizza sandwich with hot peppers and onions. As you can tell we were eating while we did distribute. If you come to uptown this is a must stop for you. We even got to sit outside because it was beautiful weather

Very good sandwich. If you are ever around the Uptown Houston area, I recommend this Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The staff are quick and polite and the environment is very clean. Also they have peanuts for those that love peanuts while waiting for your orders.
