Ordered from Potbelly for a small event at work and they did an amazing job. It was so easy to work with them. I will be using them for events in the future.

Over priced mediocre food. Very little taste. Forgot my onions and the mayo was so minuscule that I couldn’t taste it. There was maybe 1/18 of a teaspoon on it. Staff were unfriendly and aggressive. It was my first time in a Potbelly store so I was trying to read the menu and they were very rude and huffy that I hesitated in ordering. The shakes are decent though. Definitely not worth coming back.

I will say that the prices for the sandwiches is good, but they really get you with the sides and/or some of the extras you put on the sandwich. If it isn't one of the standard toppings it costs ex...
