I took a trip to Miami out of George Bush International Airport and I had some time to kill before my flight. Since I was hungry, I was looking for a small-ish, quick meal so I decided to grab a sandwich and some chips from Potbelly Sandwich Shop. This sandwich chain is nationwide and competes with the likes of Subway, Which Wich, Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mike's, etc. Like other similar restaurants, they make the sandwich in front of you and you can choose your veggies and other toppings. I went with the club sandwich on wheat and they toast your oven in a mini conveyer belt oven like they do at Quizno's. Not bad for a sandwich and not bad for an airport meal though the lady making my sandwich messed up. I told her no lettuce and she ended up putting lettuce on my sandwich. Rather than starting over, she just scraped off the lettuce but...
