My wife, son and I have been pretty regular customers of the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Oneida St. in Green Bay, WI. We have always had good experiences until Sunday, February 3, 2019. My wife and I entered the shop and noticed that a male employee was mopping the floor and there were chairs blocking the way to the counter where you order your food. My wife stated, "Uh oh", and the employee mopping the floor immediately looked up with an angry look on his face and threw down his mop. This was at 7:00 p.m. and the shop was scheduled to be open until 9:00 p.m. This rude, unprofessional behavior should never be tolerated in a customer service industry such as this. Until this individual is fired, we will never go back to Potbelly, and I will continue to give this particular business negative ratings and comments. I wanted to give this 0 stars, but the site won't allow me to post anything less than one star.
