Every time I go through the drive-thru, it never fails that I’m missing something I ordered. Every single time! They are always super nice and the food is great, so that’s why I go. I’ve noticed lately it is a little pricey though. I hate leaving reviews that aren’t excellent, but check your bag before you leave the drive-thru.

I’ve loved Potbelly Sandwich Shop since the 90’s when I worked in Downtown Houston. So when they opened the location here in Kingwood less than a-mile from my house I was thrilled.Here’s my issue. I’ve visited this location at least 6 times since January and have yet to receive any perks. I pay through my app and I’m always told that the internet is down, or the rewards scanner isn’t working, or end up having to take my card out and pay.Today, I just left picking up a sandwich and when I asked about scanning my app, I was told it was already paid for and that my points should show later. I see no points still. Does anyway else have this issue? It’s very frustrating and disappointing not to received the rewards for being a loyal customer.I do want to say that my sandwiches are always delicious I just want my points (perks)
