We ordered online and went to pick up our order and NO ONE WAS THERE. It's not like they're closed or anything. It's 4pm! They took our money and won't even answer the phone. Please don't online order from here

I completely messed up my order and realized while I was waiting in the drive through line. Lex was so kind and understanding, and even though their small crew was overwhelmed with dinner rush, he offered to remake the sandwiches and wouldn't let me pay for both, even tho it was 100% my fault. DO NOT MAKE LARGE WEB ORDERS HERE!!!! It's not worth the headache. Order from New Lenox or Matteson location. My web order was cancelled from the Potbelly Shop in Frankfort, Illinois on October 1st without any notification! I went to pick it up at 5:15 pm. and there was a handwritten sign that stated they were closed. I caught a worker coming out and he stated that "no one came to work". The order was for an important event. I didn't receive a call or email and I have been refunded. Very unprofessional.
