Don't know what happened, but they were definitely not organized except for the young lady taking the orders. The person behind the register had a continuous bad attitude. Bad for business. Food order wasn't complete. Owner needs to step in.

Bottom Line: An older Potbelly Sandwich Shop without a soda fountain but the sandwiches and salads are still tasty. I'm a big Potbelly Sandwich fan and one of the things I like about it is that they generally have iced tea, Coca-Cola and Pepsi products on tap. Unfortunately this location only has bottled beverages which just isn't the same to me. Otherwise, this Potbelly location is what I would expect. The salads and sandwiches are good and the atmosphere is nostalgic. My favorite healthy sandwich is the T-K-Y and the Med Salad and Powerhouse Salad never disappoint. For heartier options, I like the Mediterranean sandwich and Pizza sandwich. This location is right next to the Harbour 9 movie theater so it's a great place to get a fresh pre-show or post-show spot.
