This was our first time at Preserve and we will definitely be back! The menu is full of surprising and tasty dishes, made of locally sourced ingredients. Every single dish we had was excellent. We even went for desert! Can't wait to go back :)

Everything was delicious! We had the pupusas, mushroom cheese"steak", and the duck two ways. The flavors were all excellent and we were really impressed by the service. We can't wait to return to try the chef tasting menu and their cocktails. While their selection of draft beers was small (4) they were all local and from some of my favorites.

Did a food & wine pairing and every course was fabulous!!! Highly recommend trying this when you go!!
