Our server, Peyton was wonderful. She was very quick. We enjoyed her conversation & wit. Wonderful waitress, amazing young lady. It was our first time eating at Primanti’s & she suggested she grilled chicken spinach club sandwich! It was phenomenal! Five star service, Five star food! Will be back!

Staff sucks, period. Food never comes out warm, servers are always overwhelmed and have no clue how to take care of customers.. After getting our cold food sent out to us, our server never returned to check on us, 10 minutes into the meal I had enough of waiting and walked 3 cups to the drink station and filled them up for me and my friends Myself.. Another server saw this and apologized for it and you'd think that would warrant a manager stopping by to check on us and the situation but nahhh.. Not at this garbage location
