Not super impressed with the actual food. I've ordered a slice of pizza there twice and both times it was not heated through (I assumed once was just an accident, so I tried again). One time I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the refused to heat it up (seemed weird). So I've stopped ordering actual food there. The pastries are good though if you're looking for a treat with your Starbucks coffee!

We've been going to Princi since it opened and have been enjoying the authentic standard of Milanse cuisine. I've enjoyed their breads too (especially the walnut and fig bread) through the loaves have gotten conspicuously smaller while the prices haven't budged. This one star rating has nothing to do with the delicious food and everything to do with the substandard service. Even now during the pandemic, the comessas always seem harried even when it isn't busy. They don't listen carefully so you always have to repeat your order several times and I find they're inclined to miss and forget things that are supposed to go in the bag. But by far the WORST offender is the hipster "service" from the barista named Dylan. He makes no attempt at all to hide his contempt for the customers he is there to wait on. Just an unacceptable amount of attitude. They need to keep that dude in the back grinding coffee or something. He has no place being in a customer service position.  It is the poor quality of service recently that makes me disinclined to return.

Starbucks owned extended food line Princi Kitchen! If you call reserve store an experience and this should be second in your list.Chef of this one of kind Italian food place is very particular, he ensures offered options remains authentic hence most of the ingredients are exported from Italy ( I have tons of friends who work in Starbucks corporate office upstairs!)...
