Update: someone just sent me a note to call me a picky eater with a useless review. I refuse to apologize for wanting my food to come with a side of potential salmonella or other food poisoning. Sure, it was initially delicious until I confirmed it was beyond a doubt undercooked. My coworkers all saw the raw pink in my sandwich. Buyer beware.

South American food came to our front door!! Project Milanesa's food truck came to our apartment complex last night and it was AMAZING! As someone who has had a true South American milanesa, this certainly did not disappoint and hit the spot!!! Cannot wait to run into the food truck again!! You MUST try it, you will not be disappointed!!!
