We went to try Project Pollo and the food was amazing! We had the Double Burger on lettuce since we don't eat bread. The queso and grilled onions on the "meat" was delicious. We got it with a side of loaded papas and Mac n' cheese! All of it was so good. We were even able to bring some home. The manager even comped us with a strawberry shake (amazingly delicious btw) for our wait time. The customer service and food were all on point. If you’re vegan, vegetarian or just want to try something new , we recommend trying this place out. We'll be back!
