Got on their waitlist 30 minutes before we arrive. When we get here they told us that it would be 40 minutes wait. The current wait time on yelp for walk in is 40 minutes. So basically they are not honoring their own wait list system. Why set up a waitlist if you are not going to use it? Yelp said that we only have 5 minutes wait but their people said it is 40 minutes.

Joined my bff and her 6 years old for high tea at Proper Rose Garden in Katy asian town. We shared the proper rose garden set for $49.99. "It is a sweet & savory tier set, comes with assorted pastries, choice of teapot, a sandwich, and a select slice of cake." We chose the tonkatsu sandwich. The spread was a disappointment!
