Had the pleasure of dining at Pukara Peruvian Cuisine tonight, and what a pleasure it was!! While it is common to find decent ethnic restaurants it is more uncommon to find truly authentic ones. This is an authentic ethnic Peruvian restaurant with a serious Peruvian chef Fabrizio in the kitchen who brings a combination of professional cooking techniques and experience together with family recipes, which are prepared from the heart to make grandma proud. And indeed she would be with her featured specialty chicken dish. Many of the unique dishes require Peruvian home grown ingredients and the chef spares no expense to acquire them so that he can recreate these specialties for our delight. And this is true from appetizers to the desserts. So please do not miss this place.
