Quickly seated a party of 3 on Christmas. Food was standard fare, and a little too Americanized, they were busy and it was Christmas night (why they get 5 stars) otherwise the service was rushed, and food was coming out slow. Would try again on not such a crazy night.

Purple Dot Cafe's meals hit the spot when I want heavy and flavorful food. I had got off the plane from SF and was famished. My friends and I were looking for a place that opens late, since it was about 10pm at this point already. Most places were closed, but you can always rely on Purple Dot Cafe to be open for these circumstances. We got the beef chow fun, which was great as always. The beef was tender and the noodles were very flavorful. We also got friend rice and an eggplant dish with mushrooms. All were very tasty and hit the spot. I would definitely come back here again. They also accommodate for large parties which is nice and convenient.
