QDOBA Mexican Eats in Lutherville-Timonium

Food was good.Staff was dropping the F bomb and worse with customers waiting in line. Some customer centric training needs to be done. Unacceptable behavior.Left out that the dining room was dimly lit and looked dirty. The lobby looks like a storeroom. Certainly not what I want to see walking in. Almost looked closed from the front.Will be choosing another location.

(Timonium location) Never doing that again. Ordered a pulled pork burrito via grubhub for the first time, and received a pile of slop. Half of the stuff that I wanted on this "burrito" wasn't even there. No peppers, no lettuce, no queso, no corn salsa... OK, but they couldn't even make it into a manageable burrito shaped food item? If I wanted to use a fork I would have ordered a burrito bowl. I've been trying to like my local Qdoba for a long time now but after years of dissatisfaction, and bone shards, and chunks of undisolved seasoning salt, and peices of plastic... I've come to the realization that this isn't the same place it used to be. They just don't care, and I need to stop trying to like them.

Oh my lord what a mess!Firstly, it said to order online, call to let them know we're there, then stand by the side door to collect. The phone line was busy three times when we tried. The worker looked at us by the side door and just ignored us. We only got our food by walking through the front door, which the sign tells us not to do.There were two employees there. One was asleep and the other was doing things so slowly and absent mindedly that he must have been a next level of high.With this in mind the blame is kind of on us for not checking they'd got our order right. Over 50% of what we ordered was missing!I've NEVER had such horrendous service in my life.
