I wanted to eat something that I don't usually, so I decided to go with Qin West Noodle. I eat plenty of Chinese food, but mostly Cantonese/Taiwanese, so I wanted to branch out and go with different flavors. I got this order to go, and it was done very quickly. I got the dry mix rice noodle, and the first thing I noticed was that the rice noodle was a bit overcooked (I ate this immediately on a bench somewhere outdoors, so it couldn't have been from being in the box for too long). It wasn't a deal breaker though, and the overall flavors of the dish was actually really nice. I loved all the little tidbits that came with the noodles--it was like a little surprise and bursts of flavors in each bite. I thought there were a wee bit too many sour green beans, as those were a little overwhelming in flavor (a little goes a long way), but the beef was very tender and egg was nice to have. I also got their mixed plate appetizer, which was pig ear, beef tendon, and cucumber. The season...
