We've been coming here regularly and the food has always been delicious. We always get the sweet and sour fish fillets, mapo tofu, and house special noodle.

Easy to miss mom-and-pop style restaurant in a row of tasty looking restaurants - but really dug the food that we ordered for takeout. Pork rice (with an egg!), tofu and seaweed soup, and beef rolls - my Taiwanese dad approved! Affordable and friendly. Definitely coming back.

I love an open kitchen that makes meal cooking into a show! Not only is there a person pulling the noodles, there is a manakin hand shaving other noodles!!! We always get the grilled squid, which has a cumin flavor and a nice tender chew. Sometimes we get xinjiang noodles which are tomato-ey and very similar to inner Mongolian cuisine. The cold jelly noodle appetizer is also worth trying. The menu offers a lot of variety and we enjoy getting our favorites but also trying something new each time we visit. A bonus to the delicious food, Axelrad is also currently offering a free beer to anyone who brings a receipt from Chinatown! Qin's Noodle Kitchen included!
